111 8th Avenue Level 3 Power Augment - $1,060,000
Relocation of existing electrical equipment from 3rd floor to 4th floor to build out future data center. Project required re-routing 1200A of both utility and emergency power through a shaft way to the new data center location. Due to building logistics, large portions of the project were required to be completed among active data racks, living up to the token name of mission critical.

ICBC UPS Room Expansion (Design Build) - $1,500,000
Installation of a fully redundant A-B UPS system located at 1633 Broadway, New York City. Project consists of running new electrical risers to bring both utility and generator power to the client’s floor to handle the increased demands of their clean power requirements. Electrical design was completed in house and the full CM responsibilities of all trades are being handled through Multi-Phase working direct for the client. The UPS room requires both a complete mechanical overhaul of the floor in addition to structural steel work to handle the increased weight of the system.

15 Corporate Drive - Data Center $2,600,000
Complete electrical upgrade and fit-out of an existing building to build a 10,000-sq-ft data center. Project consisted of installing two 15kv electrical services, one for the Day-1, 4000A electrical requirements and one for future client growth. The facility is also outfitted with four generators suitable to handle the 3000 KVA load of UPS power in the instance of a utility outage.

Telehouse America Chiller Upgrade - $600,000
Complete electrical upgrade to handle the loads of new chillers and cooling towers. Work was completed with the utmost care as the facility is a mission critical environment. In order to eliminate any shutdown to critical equipment, a new Essential Switchboard was installed from existing paralleling switch gear. Upon completion, a fully redundant mechanical plant was created.
