Kerry J. Kelly

After graduating from Rutgers University in 1987, Kerry began a 20+ year career in commercial banking working her way to S.V.P. and Managing Director of a top tier commercial bank.  She pursued her MBA in Finance in the evenings while working full-time receiving her graduate degree in 1993.

During her tenure in commercial banking, Kerry was responsible for leading a regional sales team of 25+ professionals with a keen focus on managing all aspects of the business - growing sales, increasing profitability, managing expenses and improving overall client experience.  She worked with numerous contractors and business owners in the tri-state area offering complex financial solutions to help more efficiently operate their businesses.

In 2009, Kerry “retired” from this career and shifted her focus to the contracting industry establishing Multi-Phase Electrical Services, Inc. with Dan Kelly.  She is responsible for selling MPES services, participating in the project process from bid to completion as well as overseeing all aspects of bonding, insurance, banking, accounting and legal.
